Moyland Castle Part 1

I hope everyone had a great weekend! I did. I finished Moyland Castle Part 1 :)

It is amazing how the backstitching really brought the castle to life. The border should be gorgeous too. All the empty spaces are for beads. Lot of bling!

Last week I also finished-finished a garden piece that I stitched last year. I love to garden and thought this piece turned out pretty cute. It was from a Cross-Stitch and Needlework magazine-maybe May 2010??

Lastly, a picture of our cute puppy on her back. She sleeps like this quite often and looks absolutely silly.
Have a great week!

How right you are, just look at how the backstitch makes the castle pop. Will look great all blinged up !
Cute little garden piece also, two great pieces.

Hi Melissa, thanks for following me and helping me reach my target :)
Moyland Castle looks great, and how much bling is going on it? It is going to really good. The garden piece is so delicate and pretty, its a nice style. What can I say about your puppy, lol! He sleeps like my cat used to :) Have a great week.

Oooh... Can't wait to see the castle all blinged up. Backstitches really does bring a lot to it even though they're quite the pain to stitch.

Lovely garden design. Your puppy is so cute.

Hugs,
Veronica.
